Launched in 2019 (Build No.35)

A lovely narrowboat built by us for our hire fleet in 2019. The boat is currently being prepared for sale, and will have the hull blacked and new carpets prior to sale.

Te Ora came out of the fleet at the end of 2023 and was taken over by the original Sponsors who have used it since.

She has our popular Semi Cruiser stern with two seating lockers great for al fresco dining.

To be sold with complete inventory including roman blinds/bungs, x2 TV’s, microwave, gas bottles, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, ropes, fenders and full cruising kit.

Layout plan above, but in brief: 

Reverse Sweeping stairs off semi cruiser stern into the rear saloon – the stairs have a handy storage cupboard under.

The reverse layout is our most popular layout with a spacious saloon at the stern with an L shape dinette,  converting to a small double or two singles. The floor has sockets for the two dining tables, so half can be left in place whilst no obscuring the

TV opposite.
A midship galley follows with granite work surfaces and beautiful curved cabinets, eye level oven, fridge and microwave.

This leads through a partition door into a cabin, with two singles that convert to a double. At the end of one bed is a floor to ceiling wardrobe. Attached to this is the additional TV.

Another partition door leads through into a small corridor with the bathroom off. The bathroom and both cabin doors have been fitted for total privacy in each cabin.

The bathroom has a macerator toilet to a stainless steel tank plus a wash basin inset into granite work surfaces. There is also a large bulkhead mirror creating a feeling of space and light. The shower cubicle has a glass bifold door.

Coming out of the bathroom a partition door leads into the front cabin with cross bed with wardrobes either side.

Two storage steps lead up to the glazed door and bow deck with both two side lockers as well a large bow locker (Gas locker on the stern for easier access)

Te Ora has been well maintained and much loved by her owners, but sadly they no longer have the time to enjoy her with their other commitments, therefore they have taken the difficult decision to sell her.

A great boat with a known history makes this a fantastic opportunity.

Launched in November 2021 (Build No.46)

A truly stunning Aqua boat built by us in 2021 and kept in superb condition by her owners – just 510 hrs on the engine! She will be 2 pack blacked prior to sale (grit blasted and 2 packed at build). Owners only selling due to a new boat that we are building for them.

Layout plan above, but in brief: 
Enter at the stern via 3 storage steps, electrical cupboard to the Port and Full height heated coat locker to the starboard. The large galley is at the stern, with granite worksurfaces and integrated appliances (fridge & washer dryer), plus domestic sized gas oven (hardly used) and hob. Two wine cellars in the floor, two corner cupboards with glass doors plus kick board mood lighting.

Beyond the galley is an L shaped dinette (which turns into a guest bed), this has a safe under. It has a stunning feature, resin table plus there are two glazed opening side doors. A large feature Stainless Steel radiator sits opposite the dinette.

From the dinette is a spacious saloon with a Stressless leather sofa (available separately), TV cabinet inc smart TV, and a Refleks diesel stove. Included in the sale is the router and roof top aerial for on board wifi.

The walkthrough bathroom includes feature granite worksurfaces and sink, a large quadrant shower and a ‘Compoost’ toilet. The standout features are the two solid Oak partition doors with stunning feature glass artwork by Kate Webley.

The bedroom at the bow has a kingsize cross bed with large wardrobes each side and a small vanity cabinet plus additional storage under the bed and in the two steps leading to the front deck.

The flooring throughout is in a stunning Oak engineered board supplied by Peak Oak flooring. The front and stern decks are covered in Flexiteek decking.

The Technical Bit…
The boat is powered by a Beta 43hp engine with hospital silencer, she has a Mastervolt 5.5kw/h Lithium battery system on board with a high output Mastervolt Alpha pro alternator, for super fast recharging. There is also a Mastervolt 3000 Combi inverter charger and a Mastervolt Galvanic Isolation Transformer.

Astraea also has a Vetus Bow thruster with brushless motor, the tube has a weedhatch to access any debris on the propeller.

Astraea’s owners specified upgraded lighting with feature LED strip lighting in the roof capping and under gunnels, as well as galley kick board and step lighting. These are in addition to the standard LED ceiling downlighters.
